A NY Woman Arrested For Attempting To Hire A Hitman To Kill The Judge Over A Case Involving Her Boyfriend

Alexander Kise, a Canandaigua, New York man who was convicted last month of raping a high school senior held captive for days, is now accused of plotting a murder-for-hire against a judge, prosecutor, and witness who sentenced him to prison.

According to Law&Crime, prosecutors accused 21-year-old Kise and his girlfriend, 22-year-old Alydia Gater, of making the obvious mistake of discussing their scheme in jailhouse calls, including facts like where the targets resided.

The conspiracy allegedly progressed when $1,750 worth of Xanax medications were provided to an undercover cop serving as an assassin as a down payment for a hit on the judge, Wolford claimed.

“There was actually very affirmative actions taken on behalf of Alexander Kise by his girlfriend and others. Assistant District Attorney Kelly Wolford announced Thursday, revealing that a 16-year-old was also arrested.

“There is a juvenile who is charged in this case also to take the life of a judge and there was plans to take the life of an assistant district attorney and a person who testified in his original trial,” Kelly added.

Gater was arrested Thursday on charges of attempted murder, conspiracy, and criminal sale of a controlled substance, New York State Police revealed Friday, along with her mug shot.

During the rape trial, prosecutors claimed that Kise sexually abused and even strangled the high school victim during a two-day period beginning on June 5, 2022.

Then, Kise threateningly showed off a knife in the car with the minor and forced his grandmother to take the 18-year-old to the hospital, demanding the victim not to tell anyone else what had happened or else he’d harm her and her family. The teen reportedly used an Uber to escape Kise the next day.
