Kevin McGrath, Man Who Went Missing On Carnival Cruise Was On Probation For Threatening His Wife

There’s a shocking update about Kevin McGrath, the man who mysteriously went missing on a Carnival Cruise a few weeks ago!

Apparently, Kevin was on probation and wasn’t even supposed to be on the boat at all because it was a violation of his parole!

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, McGrath pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in Tennessee in September 2022 for threatening to kill his wife and kids.

He was sentenced to 6 years of supervised probation. Kevin was able to get permission to move from Tennessee to Florida, where he lived with his parents.

Then, while in Florida, his family took a cruise for their father’s 60th birthday where Kevin went missing.

Kevin’s probation officers say he never got permission to go on the cruise, and it appears his probation office only found out he was aboard the ship when the media reported he’d vanished.

The documents say he’s violating probation by failing to maintain communication with his probation officer. All attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful since the cruise, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
