Tanisha Foster Opens Up On Her Daughter’s Guardianship 

Tanisha Foster, is saying that Samantha Smith took her daughter from her and will not give her back.

The Blast reports Samantha Smith recently recorded archives in court, though despite Foster’s good faith, to turn into Emani’s legitimate watchman. Presently, Foster is basically blaming Smith for grabbing her kid, asserting, the Law and Policy of this state supports the assurance of the privileges of regular guardians and their children. Foster said that Smith isn’t really acting in the tyke’s best advantage particularly since Nipsey’s sister’s demonstration of expelling the minor from her mother’s custody; and by declining contact among minor and mother.

Smith is getting support from Nipsey’s brother, Blacc Sam, and his father, who approved reports saying that they trust Emani’s best advantage is being with Smith.

Smith, Blacc Sam, Foster, and Nipsey’s father were all in court a week ago where Foster had the option to invest energy with Emani. Following the consultation, Foster said that she’s going to battle to pick up the custody of her daughter.
