Ebro Darden denies Hot 97 ban on Tekashi 6ix9ine's music

Ebro Darden Debunks Rumors That Hot 97 Will Be Banning 6ix9ine’s Music

Earlier today, rumors started swirling around that top radio station ‘Hot 97’ has placed a ban on 6ix9ine’s music following his new multi million dollar record deal.

After the ‘Fefe’ rapper’s decision to testify in federal court against his former Nine Trey Blood comrades and some of his rap peers, pundits are questioning if 6ix9ine can continue his music career.

And surprisingly, the Brooklyn rapper inked a record deal worth $10M with his former label some days back and reports also has it that he’s been working on a new album from jail.

Reports from TMZ has it that one of 6ix9ine’s hometown radio stations may not even play his songs. Hot 97 apparently has no plans to support Tekashi’s tunes because of possible negative outcomes from the convicted felon taking the stand, unless listeners demand to hear the music.

‘Ebro In The Morning’ host Ebro Darden took to Twitter to deny those rumors and suggest 6ix9ine’s team is spreading the fake news.

“Goofball NY niggas created Tekashi 69 and supported “the streets” …. when he drops new music Imma play that shit everyday just to shit on ya’ll stupid fucks,” Ebro Darden tweeted.

“All execs @HOT97 deny speaking to anyone @TMZ….. so this means that Tekashi marketing machine is revving up to rally his on-line #Bots and drive stories.”

He continued, “If the label is not careful [we’re] gonna have to revisit covering how his on-line shenanigans was fabricated from the beginning and who financed them.. 🤔.”
