Tiffany Haddish Dragged For Wanting A Shout Out At George Floyd Memorial
Twitter Drags Tiffany Haddish For Complaining About Not Getting A Shout Out From AL Sharpton At George Floyd’s Memorial Service
Comedienne Tiffany Haddish is currently under fire following her supposed bad conduct at George Floyd memorial service. Tiffany Haddish was one of the many celebrities to attend the memorial service for George Floyd on Thursday.
At a point during Rev. Al Sharpton’s speech, Tiffany Haddish tried to make her presence known and the service was halted for a few seconds.
Al Sharpton acknowledged the myriad of celebrities in the room, including big names like Kevin Hart, Ludacris, Tyrese, Will Packer, Master P, and T.I. Then someone brought to Sharpton’s attention that Tiffany Haddish is also present, he asks the room, “is Tiffany here?”
More context for those who couldn’t watch the whole service:

Tiffany’s voice can be heard presumably telling the famed Baptist minister that she is there. Although she didn’t appear to be “demanding” a shout out from Sharpton or “complaining” that he forgot about her, a lot of people are dragging her for it.
“The fact that Tiffany Haddish is forcing her presence be known at George Floyd’s memorial is not sitting well with me. It’s not about you sis,” a twitter user wrote.
Did they really stop the service so Tiffany Haddish could get a shout out?#GeorgeFloydMemorial pic.twitter.com/ZMcXaV3Szs

Clicked to see why Tiffany Haddish is trending…a shout out. A shout out at a funeral. pic.twitter.com/Ipuc6k2cqZ

This exactly why Kevin Hart said he didn’t want anyone to know he was there, because he didn’t want that to take away from George Floyd memorial. But of course, Tiffany Haddish ass had shit to say since Al forgot to mention her.😐 #tiffanyhadish pic.twitter.com/ZqFYLz6TjR

However, not everyone thinks she complained about not getting a shout out.
“Seemed to be not that Tiffany Haddish wanted to be called out, but that Rev Al named a bunch of dudes, forgot her, then said “I was so busy joking with Kevin Hart I didn’t even look at you.” I can see the offense in that,” another person countered.
This WHOLE Tiffany Haddish thing is a LIE‼ DID ANY OF YOU EVEN WATCH THE SERVICE?!?! pic.twitter.com/EYLvseuqpI

From another point of view, others think Al Sharpton is wrong for shouting out celebrities at George Floyd memorial. “Redirect the frustration from Tiffany Haddish to Al Sharpton and question why celebrities who DID NOT know George Floyd are getting shoutouts?”
See some of the reactions below :
I’m confused. Why are these celebrities getting a shout out at George Floyd’s memorial service? I don’t care or need to know that Tiffany Haddish & Tyrese are in the building. #GeorgeFloydMemorial

No one should be upset at Tiffany Haddish. Al should’ve never acknowledged the celebrities there. Kevin Hart asked not to be singled out and he did it anyways. Whether Tiff asked to be acknowledged or not, he’s in the wrong for doing it in the first place.

Tiffany Haddish always gets attacked for no reason. It’s really weird…Like….what. I’m seeing people tweet outright lies about her for rts and likes. Disturbing. Truly

you shouldn’t be asking why Tiffany Haddish got mad, the real question is why the fuck is Al Sharpton doing shout outs at a damn funeral in the first place.
