Twitter Reacts To Yung Miami Winning Best Hip Hop Platform At The BET Awards

Congratulations are in order for Caresha. On Tuesday (October 4), Yung Miami took home the award for Best Hip Hop Platform at the 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards.

Yung Miami’s ‘Caresha Please’ Podcast won the award as a tie with DJ EFN & N.O.R.E.’s ‘ ‘Drink Champs’.

However, folks on Twitter are not impressed and they quite believe it’s as a result of her man Diddy’s influence. Some are even asking how much Diddy paid to get Yung Miami to win because she has done few episodes.

“Not Yung Miami won over real actual media outlets with bigger audiences n better content @BETAwards @HipHopAwards @BET been a joke they give awards for clout and being internet popular not for actual talent that’s why most artist don’t attend the shows and no one watches them,” someone tweeted.

“Caresha won that when Drink Champs and 85 South and Big Facts were right there. Diddy going to hell. I don’t care,” another user wrote. “All Caresha did was ask Saweetie about why Quavo cheated and talk about lesbian sex with Meg and she won over drink champs? Foh,” someone else queried.

“Caresha please has like 5 episodes and won best hip hop platform. How much Diddy paid for that lol #HipHopAwards,” added another person.
