Daycare Where 1-Year-Old Died Of Fentanyl Overdose Functioned As Drug A Front
Bronx Daycare Where 1-Year-Old Died Of Fentanyl Overdose Functioned As Drug A Front For Months
The horrific daycare where a toddler passed away from fentanyl exposure was said to have been a drug front by neighbors who knew of the open secret.
According to the NY Post, a neighbor says she never saw a child come in or out of the daycare for over a year.
“For one year, she had a daycare with no children but people go in,” the 69-year-old said. “A daycare with no children and men coming in and out. Yes, we knew something. We knew something, something was not good happening there.”

The neighbor stated that Grei Mendez De Ventura, owner of Divino Nino Daycare, didn’t even bring her own child into the apartment. She had even recently passed a surprise inspection on Sept. 6 by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Yet the inspection missed one of the arrested suspects living in the center and kilos of fentanyl laying under mats where the children slept. It is said that occurred due to Ventura not reporting exactly who lived in the facility.
“Who did not do their job were the people who were there to protect the children,” said Mayor Eric Adams. Ventura and another suspect were both charged with murder, assault and child endangerment charges. 1-year-old Nicholas Feliz Dominici was the child that unfortunately fell victim to this heinous act.
Neighbors, please pray for all those affected by these wicked people.
