Viral Star ‘Meatball’ Arrested For Inciting Riot & Looting
Over a dozen people were arrested last night for looting and rioting after charges against a Philly cop,who was arrested for killing a civilian, were dropped.
The world had a front row view of the riots because a viral star known as “Meatball” recorded the entire thing on IG Live.
According to ABC 6, Officer Mark Dial had all of his charges dropped against him after he fatally shot Eddie Irizarry back in August. The judge agreed with the defense lawyers that since Irizarry had a knife, Dial feared for his life and was justified in the shooting.

Naturally, this did not sit well with the community of Philly and protests and riots broke out throughout the city.
Through Meatball’s social media, we could see people at different retail stores breaking in and stealing multiple valuable items. From the Foot Locker to the Apple Store, the looters left no stone unturned.
Meatball can be seen on IG Live hyping the crowd to steal and break things as thousands of people watched her page. After the looting spree, Meatball and her friends fled the scene, but they were eventually caught by police and arrested.
“What we had tonight was a bunch of criminal opportunists taking advantage of a situation and make an attempt to destroy our city,” said Interim Philadelphia Police Commissioner John Stanford.
