Former NFL Player Sergio Brown Arrested In Connection To Mother’s Murder

Sergio Brown, who had traveled to Mexico, was deported Tuesday and taken into custody by US law enforcement officers near San Diego, the source said, based on an arrest warrant issued in Illinois.

Police in San Diego are working to transfer Brown from Southern California to the Chicago area.

Dreddsworld previously reported about former NFL Player Sergio Brown who was reported missing alongside his 73-year-old mother Myrtle last week.

His mother was found dead behind her home in Illinois and authorities had no leads on where to find Sergio.

What’s interesting about this case is that his mother’s neighbor says he last saw the mother and Sergio together on Thursday (Sep 14th). The neighbor says Sergio took out the trash and had a bond fire.

The neighbor also alleged that family members say Sergio has been “out of his mind” and not himself lately. We will keep you all updated, let’s keep his mother’s family in our prayers.
