Beyonce’s Publicist Yvette Noel-Schure Responds To Erykah Badu By Sharing A Video Of Bey’s Braid Looks Throughout The Years

Erykah Badu caused a bit of controversy earlier when she seemingly accused Beyonce of copying her style. Beyoncé unveiled her new album “Cowboy Carter’ cover and it caught Badu’s interest.

The 53-year-old felt she inspired the style then shared it to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, simply captioning it “Hmmm.”

Just in time, Beyoncé’s publicist Yvette Noel-Schure, has now responded to Erykah Badu by sharing a video of Bey’s braid looks throughout the years. “She slays. She slays. Now. Then. Always #criticswithoutcredentials,” Yvette captioned the video.

Yvette’s video was reposted on The Neighborhood Talk’s Instagram page and fans seem to agree. “One thing about B circle. They do not play about her!” someone commented. “Every time Beyoncé come out she cause an uproar and don’t even be saying nun,” another person wrote.

“Beyoncé gonna stay in a wig or some braids everyone knows this. Erykah was clearly bored today and tryna stir a pot of witches brew,” someone else joked. “Not folks getting riled up over a BEADED BAYAANG,” a fourth person added.

Following heavy backlash that she’s been receiving from Beyhive and others, Erykah Badu ran from Instagram to X formerly Twitter, to beg Jay-Z to come to her aid.

“Say somethin Jay. You gone let this woman and these bees do this to me??” Badu tweeted. “Ms. Badu want Jay z to say something on her behalf when she was speakin against his WIFE bye lady,” a fan commented.
