A couple was captured romping on a public beach in Thailand, sparking a police investigation.

Footage filmed from a parked car on a nearby street shows the pair bobbing up and down while members of the public wander past.
The tourists, believed to be Westerners, were swimming in the waters of Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, located 100miles south-east of the capital Bangkok.
It has been reported the men filming the outrageous scene can be heard saying in Thai: “What are you up to?”

Local cops confirmed they were investigating the footage and may press charges if the couple are found to have broken local laws.
